Cut from something else I am working on but I like the idea too much to discard so here are the cursed boots of stinking.
Unrivalled in both looks and feel these appear to be the finest boots in all the land.
Once put on the boots permeate an absolutely horrendous smell in a 120' radius, the boots can then only be removed by a remove curse or wish spell.
A character wearing these boots is unable to surprise or hide from any creature in range that can smell. The character wearing the boots also suffers a minus two penalty to their charisma ability score until the boots are removed.
Unleash the dogs god of war with this cleric variant.
