In my own setting the elven goddess Ceridwen is the goddess of magic and change, this is a variant class for a cleric of a similar god.
Cleric (Changebringer goddess)
Add
* Requirements: Minimum CON 9, minimum INT 9
* Polymorph self once per day as per the magic user spell.
* Read magic once per day as per the magic user spell.
Change
* Armour: Leather, shields allowed
Remove
* Turn undead
